1. We start with what players actually buy
We list field hockey products from established brands, such as Kookaburra, STX, TK, Grays, Gryphon, CranBarry, that are available on Amazon. That way every product can be bought with reliable delivery and returns.
2. We organise products the way players shop
Each product is placed in a collection (for example field hockey sticks or shin guards) and tagged by type, player level, age group and brand, so you can filter for exactly what you need. Size and colour versions of the same model are grouped onto one page.
3. We check specifications against trusted sources
Product details come from manufacturer information and Amazon listing data. Our buying guides are checked against the FIH Rules of Hockey (for example ball weight, stick dimensions and goal size) and NFHS high-school rules (for example eyewear requirements).
4. We set player levels with clear rules
For sticks, player level follows carbon content where the brand publishes it: under 30% beginner, 30–69% intermediate, 70–89% advanced and 90%+ elite. Wooden and 100% fiberglass sticks are marked beginner. Where no data exists, we use the brand's own description.
5. We keep data fresh
Product data is refreshed regularly from Amazon. Prices change often, so we link to the live Amazon listing instead of showing a price that might be out of date.
6. Rankings are never for sale
Brands cannot pay to be listed, featured or ranked. Featured products are chosen for how complete their information is and for variety across brands. See our editorial policy and affiliate disclosure.
